Refund & Order Policy
We want you to feel great about everything you receive from Stoneward Farm.
Please take a moment to check your order upon pickup and reach out immediately if anything is damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet expectations. We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, make it right with a replacement or farm credit.
Because our products are fresh and perishable, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns.
Orders are prepared specifically for you, so we kindly ask that all orders are picked up during the scheduled pickup window. Missed pickups are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
